Communication is the great love of my life. Whether it is creating the clearest instructions to use software, teaching a non-native English speaker how to enunciate to be understood, or spreading love, loss, and joy through music and art, communication is at the heart of it all. To be human is to understand and be understood.

Almost all of my experience has been in writing, training, customer service, and sales. And I believe those are all the same thing. They are all communication.I'm currently a writer support engineer, but have five years experience as a technical writer, and seven years experience as a curriculum designer and trainer.
